Your responsibilities

  • 1st level IT support for local users
  • 2nd level IT support for global users within specialization (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD)
  • Work with internal resources and technical solutions provided by vendors for uninterrupted support
  • Set standards for repetitive procedures to meet repetitive tasks and solve common errors
  • Install, configure and maintain workstations, mobile devices and other IT owned equipment
  • Keep records of hardware, software, licenses and certificates
  • Build knowledge base and prepare documentation to support global help desk
  • Support formal changes and quality audits
