- Comprehensive technical knowledge in IT field: hardware and software

Your responsibilities
- 1st level IT support for local users
- 2nd level IT support for global users within specialization (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD)
- Work with internal resources and technical solutions provided by vendors for uninterrupted support
- Set standards for repetitive procedures to meet repetitive tasks and solve common errors
- Install, configure and maintain workstations, mobile devices and other IT owned equipment
- Keep records of hardware, software, licenses and certificates
- Build knowledge base and prepare documentation to support global help desk
- Support formal changes and quality audits
