- Experience managing Agile delivery within a complex or regulated organisation.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance processes.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to align delivery objectives.
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is beneficial.
Optional
- Agile or project management certification (e.g. Scrum Master, PMI ACP, SAFe).
Your responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, planning, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
- Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and impediments.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, delivery health and key decisions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery partners.
- Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all deliveries meet established policies, standards and governance requirements.
- Support resource planning, release planning and benefits tracking.
