QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in data analytics, AI/ML, or related technical role (internships acceptable)

  • Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar data/analytics platforms
  • Exposure to visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred

  • Your responsibilities

    • Support delivery of AI and automation projects aligned with business and plant priorities
    • Collaborate with Plant Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Teams and IT teams to identify AI use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality analytics, process optimization)
    • Assist in data collection, cleansing, and preparation for AI models and analytics solutions
    • Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
    • Help develop and validate basic machine learning models, dashboards, and automation workflows
    • Participate in pilot programs and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives within plant environments
    • Document AI models, processes, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and scalability
    • Support ongoing monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI solutions
    • Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to manufacturing
    The AI Analyst will support the development and execution of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on manufacturing and plant operations. This role reports directly to Global IT and works closely with plant teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. This role is part of our global digital transformation strategy aimed at embedding AI capabilities into manufacturing operations.
    This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and a strong interest in applying technology to real-world operational challenges.
