You understand data foundations, dependencies, and data quality. You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration and knowledge sharing, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership by challenging the status quo and looking for smarter ways of working.
Your background and skills include:
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL), data modeling, and DAX
- Experience working with data platforms such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Dataverse, or similar
- Experience building or contributing to AI-enabled solutions, for example using Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms
- Experience designing analytical products, dashboards, reports, and decision-support solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, at minimum C1 level
- A Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
It would be ideal if you also:
- Hold a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification, such as PL-300, or higher

Your responsibilities

  • Build AI and business intelligence analytics solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, and Power Platform
  • Design and develop dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders
  • Improve IT operational performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making by analyzing and modeling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of analytics and AI
  • Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in an Agile (SAFe) environment
