Our requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and a deep understanding of scalable system development.
- Practical experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP) and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Strong AI/ML system design skills, including model selection, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a track record of bridging the gap between tech and business.
Optional
- Familiarity with A2A protocols, multi-agent systems, and agent testing/reliability.
- Understanding of AI safety, alignment, ethics, and EU AI regulations.
- Previous experience delivering tech solutions in regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance).
Your responsibilities
- Develop and scale AI applications end-to-end (from idea and PoC, straight through to production).
- Build Agentic and Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, and A2A.
- Integrate AI models with vector databases, APIs, and complex enterprise systems.
- Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Champion ethical AI practices, ensure proper documentation, compliance, and manage risks.
- Mentor team members and promote Artificial Intelligence best practices within the organization.
