- Proven experience in model risk validation, model governance, or model risk management within regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML models, validation methodologies, and model lifecycle controls.
- Experience reviewing documentation, datasets, and evidence packages for model approval processes.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance requirements related to AI deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide clear validation outcomes.

- Experience within Financial Crime Prevention, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct independent model risk validation reviews of AI agents before production release.
- Assess model design, methodology, performance, controls, and documentation against established validation standards.
- Evaluate data quality, data lineage, and supporting evidence required for model approval.
- Provide risk assessments, challenge findings, and recommendations to address identified gaps.
- Support a phased validation process, accommodating multiple submissions with varying readiness timelines.
- Work closely with stakeholders across AI, governance, risk, and Financial Crime Prevention functions.
