- 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI, data, digital transformation, or technology environments
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in matrix and international environments
- Good understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven products
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with AI governance, GenAI solutions, or MLOps concepts
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects across multiple business domains
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with local business units, IT, legal, security, and Group stakeholders
- Alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, compliance, and AI standards
- Translate business needs into structured project plans and execution roadmaps
- Support prioritization and scaling of AI use cases from pilot to production
- Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and business impact
