We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer with strong technical understanding and implementation capabilities to join Process Platform & Automation cluster and contribute to strategic initiatives such as DocAI+.
The role focuses on understanding business problems end to end, deriving data-driven and AI-supported solution approaches, and developing sustainable, tailored solutions that combine technological innovation with the bank’s business objectives.
As an AI Solutions Engineer you will take self-responsible ownership for designing, implementing and improving AI-supported agents and automation solutions. This includes exploratory data analysis, working with generative AI and LLM-supported agents, software development in Python, SQL-based data work, and integration of AI models into cloud infrastructures to ensure scalability.
The position requires hands-on delivery orientation: you are expected to move solutions from problem understanding and concept design into robust implementation within banking processes and automation platforms.
