AI Transformation Enablement Manager

Our requirements

• You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital or AI transformation roles
• You have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI applications in business operations
• You have experience driving adoption and scaling digital solutions in complex environments
• You have the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions
• You have strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions

Your responsibilities

• Execute the Hub AI roadmap in collaboration with Hub management, AI Program, and AI CoE, ensuring alignment with the overall UPM AI roadmap and priorities. When relevant, contribute to identifying, assessing, and prioritizing Hub related AI opportunities with clear linkage to value creation (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience)
• Ensure and coordinate AI enablement within the Business Hub in alignment with UPM AI strategy, AI Program priorities and governance, Hub priorities and industrialization roadmap
• Drive scaling of existing AI solutions into the Hub and support development of new AI use cases where agreed with AI Program
• Enable adoption of AI solutions across delivery towers, including change management and capability building
• Ensure integration of AI solutions with Hub process architecture, data models, and digital platforms in line with UPM AI governance, portfolio and architecture principles
• Monitor performance and value realization of AI initiatives and ensure continuous improvement within Hub’s circle of influence
• Support portfolio governance and planning by providing input on AI initiatives, dependencies, and scaling potential according to UPM practices or requests from AI Program or AI CoE
• Promote AI literacy, knowledge sharing and best practices across the Business Hub to accelerate responsible AI adoption
• Ensure AI solutions are deployed and used in accordance with AI Program, UPM security, compliance, data governance and responsible AI principles
