- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to business analysis, process management, or product development within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of PRIIPs regulations and KID (Key Information Document) documentation.
- Experience with treasury products, investment products, or capital markets.
- Ability to independently manage and coordinate business processes.
- Experience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and create documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Very good command of English, enabling collaboration with international partners and vendors.

About the project
Join a key regulatory initiative within the banking sector focused on the development, optimization, and maintenance of the Key Information Document (KID) process in line with PRI Ps requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will participate in the continuous enhancement of processes and solutions supporting the creation and distribution of regulatory documentation for investment products.
In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate regulatory and business changes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Financial Markets, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT. You will contribute to the development of target solutions based on the Capmatix platform, ensuring that regulatory obligations are effectively translated into business and technical requirements.
