- Experience in application lifecycle and application management.
- Strong incident, problem and change management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI, as well as data quality and reporting.
- Background in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst within procurement.
- Technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Risk, security and compliance awareness.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience or equivalent experience driving cross-functional activities.
- Advanced English, able to communicate across organisations and seniority levels.

- Managing the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of a business-critical data and reporting solution (DORA Register of Information).

- Coordinating stakeholders and vendors across the organisation.
- Supporting incident, problem and change management.
- Ensuring application compliance, documentation and reporting reliability.
- Contributing to the design of scalable future-state solutions.
- Leading or contributing to multiple application-related projects.
