Application Specialist / CLM Systems Administrator

Our requirements

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS applications in an administration, support, or implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects and understanding of data structures in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Experience with Salesforce administration or migration tools such as Salesforce Inspector and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Knowledge of business process configuration and workflow management.
• Experience supporting business applications and handling incident/service requests.
• Understanding of system integrations, user management, and access control concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Very good English communication skills.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and support migration of documents and records from legacy platforms into a modern CLM solution.
• Manage data import/export activities and ensure data quality across enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain secure document repositories and data transfer mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business teams to design and optimize data structures and business processes.
• Configure workflows, user access, notifications, and automated email alerts.
• Manage and maintain integrations with electronic signature solutions and document generation tools.
• Coordinate activities with internal IT teams, including authentication, SSO configuration, certificate management, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 application support, troubleshoot incidents, investigate workflow issues, and perform database reporting.
• Handle bulk data updates and support system administration activities.
• Test applications, integrations, workflows, and new releases to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with software vendors, report defects, manage escalations, and validate delivered fixes.
• Support end users through trainings, documentation, tutorials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
