- Studies in Information Technology or 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enabling to quickly grasp complex issues and develop solution-oriented approaches
- Experience in supporting business applications (e.g. ERP or CRM systems)
- Good Knowledge of Reporting / BI tools
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to link this to existing applications
- Confident use of standard AI tools (Gemini) for research, content creation, and administrative automation
- High communication competence - also cross functional and across different hierarchical layers, good teamplayer
- Works independently, structured and precise
- Service- and customer focused way of working
- We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and Polish, and also brings strong German language skills to the team

Your responsibilities
- Consultancy of internal customers by problems with applications
- Monitoring of requests via ServiceNow Ticketing Platform
- Forwarding and explaining of bugs to 3rd level support in UK or external suppliers
- Conducting of requirements analysis with the business
- Implementation of new Applications
- Coordination of User Acceptance Tests
- Monitoring and Follow up on Projects, Providing Project Status Reports
- Project Planning: Costs, Timelines, Effort Estimate, GDPR compliance, IT Security Aspects
- Creation of data analysis & reports to support the business
- Usage of BI Tools (e.g. Google BigQuery)
- Technical analysis and documentation of errors
- Creation of training materials
- Execution of User Trainings
- Documentation of business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) and supporting the business in optimisation projects
The Application Specialist is a consultant and technical expert in one person. He/She is in charge to support the operational business, configures system parameters and maintains data. He/She is always aiming to improve business processes and supports the growth and change agenda of the business. Furthermore, he/she provides data analysis and reports to the business, supports interfaces to surrounding systems, and implements new applications (either supplied inhouse or 3rd party).
