Our requirements

  • Windows Server: Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues).
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
  • Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments).
  • Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management or ServiceNow).

Your responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for Windows-based Pensions systems and related infrastructure.
  • Support the deployment of application releases, patches, and configuration changes across test and production environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows Server and MS SQL Server issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams when required.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, system procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
  • Support IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management, and coordinate technical activities with Site Services and other support teams.
