- 5+ years of Application/Production Support experience
- Java and Spring Boot skills
- Experience with Azure AI, MongoDB and Docker
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka and microservices
- Understanding of ITSM and incident management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Your responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Manage incidents and support application stability
