Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI/ ML Researcher or in a similar role.
- Solid experience in AI/ML domains, such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, information retrieval, time series, or recommender systems.
- Strong programming skills and ability to write production-ready code.
- Proven background in researching, prototyping, and evaluating AI/ML solutions.
- Experience working with complex data challenges in regulated industries (finance experience is a plus).
- Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and scale production machine learning systems and applications.
- Design, prototype, and evaluate AI/ML-driven software solutions.
- Build, validate, and maintain robust, production-quality code.
