Hands-on experience in the development, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of complex IT products and services in the document and data archiving domain.
✅ Technical Expertise:
Strong background in enterprise IT products and services, including:
✔️ Administration and operation of Windows and Linux server environments.
✔️ Computer networks, firewalls, load balancers, SQL databases, storage systems, automation, scripting, and monitoring solutions.
✔️ OpenText products, including Content Server, Archive Center, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale archiving workloads.
✔️ Solid understanding of IT and legal compliance requirements related to document and data archiving.
✔️ Experience with both document archiving and data archiving solutions, with focus on document archiving.
✔️ Basic knowledge of SAP enterprise environments and their specific requirements related to archiving workloads.
✅ Languages:
Excellent written and spoken English. German language skills are optional but considered a strong advantage.
Your responsibilities
✅ Leading a high-performing team of experts to develop, deliver, and manage Archiving Services globally within Bosch.
✅ Owning 8-10 archiving services based on software products from various leading vendors, and managing and continuously improving these IT products/services throughout their entire lifecycle.
✅ Providing people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development (target team of approximately 20 employees and a disciplinary team of around 10–15 employees).
✅ Being accountable for the planning, building, deployment, operation, and retirement of IT products/services, while orchestrating all responsible stakeholders and roles.
✅ Aligning IT product/service roadmaps closely with IT Portfolio Management throughout the entire lifecycle.
✅ Prioritizing customer requirements, activities, and projects from various Bosch business units worldwide.
✅ Being accountable for all commercial aspects of IT products/services, including budgeting, resource planning, financial forecasting, and ensuring a best-in-class quality-to-cost ratio based on business requirements.
✅ Developing and continuously improving the Archiving Services charging model.
✅ Ensuring that IT product/service descriptions in the service catalog are accurate and kept up to date.
✅ Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating KPIs, including service-level targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and benchmarking results.
✅ Ensuring the achievement of business and service objectives through appropriate measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Driving the standardization of IT products/services within Bosch Digital in close collaboration with other product and service teams.
