Your responsibilities
- Identify repetitive operational tasks and convert them into automated workflows.
- Build and improve automated workflows using Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Python.
- Support AI-assisted operational processes, such as ticket categorization and prioritization support, incident summarization, runbook recommendation, and response drafting for standard cases.
- Cooperate with operations engineers to integrate automation into daily network/server/cloud support.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure tickets (network, server, connectivity) and design automation opportunities based on root causes.
- Monitor automation outcomes (time saved, reduced manual steps, better SLA performance) and propose improvements.
