Our requirements
- 2+ years in backend automation testing using Python and Pytest.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with REST API testing and tools (Postman, Insomnia).
- Familiarity with event-driven systems, SCIM, OIDC, LDAP protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, ideally GCP.
Optional
- Policy-as-code testing exposure (OPA/Rego).
- Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, Gatling).
- Experience with orchestration tools, graph databases, or containerised tests.
Your responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation suites.
- Develop and maintain Python/Pytest frameworks for backend automation and API testing.
- Validate event-driven systems (Pub/Sub, queues) and policy testing logic.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback.
- Track and manage defects in JIRA and produce audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.

About the project
