- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Good understanding of Cloud computing, Virtualization, Networking, Cloud security
- Experience managing multi-tenant environments
- Knowledge of Office 365 containerization and profile management
- Experience designing secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Your responsibilities
- Own and manage the full Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment
- Lead development and improvement of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services
- Work with technologies including: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, ControlUp, FSLogix, Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Design and deploy secure and scalable virtual desktop solutions
- Build and execute the VDI roadmap and future platform strategy
- Improve platform performance, stability, scalability, and user experience
- Manage multi-tenant Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- Configure and optimize FSLogix profile management and Office 365 containerization
- Implement security best practices including
- Perform security reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with business teams and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Support cloud infrastructure projects and continuous platform improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Stay updated with the latest cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity trends
