Our requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, IT and Digital or a similar field
  • 10+ years' experience
  • Experienced in agile methodologies (road mapping, scrum…) and product backlog tools
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of software architecture and APIs (REST, Postman); knowledge of other middleware is a plus
  • SQL/Oracle data querying and data analysis
  • Experience in energy supply and the Polish energy market is a plus
  • Experience in Sales-to-Cash processing, CRM and Billing is a plus
  • Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable and results oriented

Your responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owners of the BeeStone products and business stakeholders in the Sales-to-Cash domain (e.g. product catalogue, offer quotation, pricing, contract modelling, billing…)
  • Perform gap analysis, feasibility and impact analysis
  • Specify the requirements with business stakeholders and define the solution for the IT delivery team (i.e. project leader, functional architect, developers)
  • Support testing and validation of the solution
  • Train and support users
  • Provide requirements and solution documentation (e.g. user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria…)
  • Support sprint delivery: refine stories, answer functional questions for developers and architects, and validate delivered increments before go-live

The BeeStone program is a strategic B2B transformation initiative aiming to build a unified model across countries, leveraging an innovative digital and data platform. The Sales to Cash stream of BeeStone is a central pillar of this transformation, with the ambition to design and deploy a robust, agile, and scalable solution.
Engie's B2B activities in Poland are part of this transformation program, with the initial build and deployment of BeeStone (MVP) in the country.
As an IT Business Analyst, your primary role is to act as the "bridge" between business requirements and the IT solution. This role is key to the success of the delivery of a program like BeeStone, as it requires an understanding of both business-specific topics and IT solutions.
