- practical experience of the Django framework (4+ years) and a strong knowledge of Celery,
- deep, expert-level proficiency in Django & Python – we’re looking for someone who knows Django inside out, uses its advanced features effortlessly, and writes clean, production-grade code,
- experience in building and scaling complex web applications,
- fluency in both English and Polish (C1 level),
- independence and a high sense of ownership over assigned tasks,
- ability to work both as a team player and independently,
- a solution-oriented mindset and openness to change.
Your responsibilities
- building and developing scalable applications using advanced Django techniques, with a focus on performance,
- modernizing legacy code to improve its readability, stability, and overall efficiency,
- working with the latest versions of libraries, frameworks and tools, ensuring they stay up to date,
- writing clean, high-quality code in line with industry best practices,
- deepening technical knowledge and solving complex system and application-level issues,
- collaborating with a team of tech enthusiasts, where a growth mindset and continuous improvement of programming skills are our top priorities.
