Our requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience developing web-based distributed applications.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong commercial experience with PHP 8.4+ and a modern framework such as Symfony (preferred), Laravel, or similar.
  • Experience working with MySQL 8+, Docker, and Redis.
  • Good understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, cookies, sessions, and TLS.
  • Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience using Git (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).
  • Understanding of secure web application development principles.

Optional

  • Experience with identity management or device management ecosystems (e.g. Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, Apple MDM, Google EMM, Google Zero Touch).
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, GitLab, web hosting configuration, or web security.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or RxJS.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance backend services for a modern cloud platform.
  • Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance application components.
  • Develop new product features and continuously improve existing functionality.
  • Design and integrate REST APIs.
  • Work with technologies including PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Docker, Redis, Git, and modern development tools.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining high engineering standards, testing practices, and documentation.
