Our requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, ECS)
- Practical experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Familiarity with LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and eventual consistency
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance backend systems
- Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Optional
- Experience working in startup environments or building MVP products
- Passion for gaming and gaming-related products
- Interest in or experience with TTRPGs (Tabletop Role-Playing Games)
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and REST APIs in Go.
- Build and maintain serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS).
- Develop and support Kafka-based event-driven workflows.
- Design efficient DynamoDB data models and optimize data access patterns.
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing using the LGTM stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Ensure security, performance, and operational excellence across backend systems
