Our requirements
- Experience in backend development in enterprise environments (at least 4 years minimum)
- Strong skills in Kotlin or Java and experience with the Spring Framework
- Good knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecture, preferably with Kafka
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Nice to have: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, monitoring tools, infrastructure-as-code, or logistics/warehouse domain knowledge
- Enjoy solving complex problems and working in a structured way
- Take ownership of your solutions and care about end-to-end quality
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Like working in a team, sharing ideas, and improving how things are built
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for terminal applications and warehouse operations
- Build clean, testable, and scalable code supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and operational processes
- Develop APIs and integration services connecting the STAR Ecosystem with enterprise platforms
- Contribute to secure, performant communication interfaces, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Mobile Developers, Solution Architects, and other squad members
- Take part in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, and backlog refinement
- Support quality through automated tests, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement
