- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a back-end developer with Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience with messaging tools (i.e. Kafka)
- Experience with microservice architecture
- You have experience with common Java frameworks such as Spring and JPA
- MySQL relational databases are not something new for you

The Retention team powers the organisation with communication capabilities, ranging from indirect and direct communication with the players to a custom-built toolbox that enriches the player journey with bonuses, loyalty programs, and seamless cross-channel experiences. As one of the most crucial parts of the player lifecycle, the Retention domain ensures our players return for new, exciting, and rewarding experiences.
