Are You an Experienced Backend Developer Looking to Lead a High-Impact Team?
We are looking for a Backend team lead to guide and mentor a team of backend engineers and drive the development of scalable, secure, high-performance systems. In this role, you will set technical direction, drive best practices, and optimize backend performance in a cloud-native environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance and low latency.
  • Implement serverless architectures on GCP for efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Develop secure, reusable APIs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and enable zero-downtime deployments.
  • Enhance system performance and stability, ensuring smooth operation under high loads.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Our requirements

  • At least 6 years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Expertise in serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions) and related GCP services.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build), automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai), and secure coding practices (PCI-DSS compliance).
  • Deep understanding of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS) and securing payment data.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience
  • Strong English proficiency for technical and professional communication.

    Optional

  • Experience in fintech, high-volume transactions, and payment orchestration.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways and fraud prevention tools
