Our requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders including presenting solutions to clients
  • Proficiency in SQL - complex queries, CTEs, performance optimization
  • Practical, hands-on experience with data / dimensional modelling (star schema, fact/dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions)
  • Experience with a BI tool — Power BI or Qlik Sense (either is equally welcome): reports, semantic models, datasets, workspaces
  • Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and ability to design data transformation pipelines
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Self-reliance, good work organization, and accountability for assigned tasks
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Kraków office (3 days/week)

Your responsibilities

  • Creating and developing data models in SQL (using dbt) and building the analytical layer on top of data lake resources
  • Designing dimensional structures (fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions) according to data warehousing standards
  • Building interactive reports and dashboards (Power BI or Qlik Sense) for commercial and corporate data analysis
  • Balancing transformation logic between SQL and the BI model to keep solutions performant and scalable
  • Managing user permissions (Active Directory, RLS)
  • Joining client calls, presenting solutions and collaborating closely with stakeholders and the project team
