  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • 5+ years in multi-national environment with hands on experience, serving as an IT Owner or senior business administrator for SAP Signavio platform is a must
  • 5+ years working in cross-functional teams, especially between IT and business units.
  • Experience in managing similar BPM platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent experience of designing and configuring workflows in SAP Signavio
  • Excellent experience of leveraging SAP Signavio data for various kinds of reporting (e.g. through Signavio API)
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and reporting tools
  • Experience of working with SAP and ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the SAP Transformation Suite
  • Technical certifications are considered an advantage, especially in BPM, ITIL, or SAP Signavio
  • Good interpersonal skills - ability to listen and understand questions/problems being. communicated by end-users
  • Strong team player mindset

Your responsibilities

  • Implement platform strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with the Signavio Platform IT Owner to execute the platform strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology standards and best practices
  • Business Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with Global Business Services stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, industry trends, and supplier roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality solution delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the delivery of effective and high-quality solutions
  • Knowledge management
  • Act as a key point of contact for the GBS user community, providing guidance on systems and best practices
  • Share knowledge and support end-users with global processes through issue and change request resolution
  • Promote best practices and support the adoption and scaling of the Signavio platform across the organization
  • Provide consulting support and expertise in system and data integration
  • Documentation & Stewardship
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in his/her scope of responsibility, Process flows, Enterprise structure and Competency Centre operational procedures
  • Work with power users or key business stakeholders to ensure that the documentation of the processes is aligned with the business
  • Operations
  • Support Problem Management activities by identifying root causes of reported issues
  • Identify the best technical solutions using internal expertise, SAP resources, and external vendors, and coordinate third-party escalations when needed

What this position is about:

This role has been established to support the growing internal demand for the SAP Signavio Business Process Management Platform. The individual will support the Signavio Platform IT Owner in implementing the platform strategy and ensuring adherence to technology standards and best practices and scaling up the solution across the JTI organization. The role will collaborate closely with the business owner of the platform on the design and delivery of workflows and reports. Additionally, this position will play a role in incidents and change management for the Signavio platform.
