  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, structure, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Experience in preparing reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
  • Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels (business, IT, management, non-technical)
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and track progress effectively
  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment (e.g. ITIL, governance, or compliance-related areas is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, international environment
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and system landscapes (applications, infrastructure, lifecycle)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities

  • Support application consolidation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and coordinating activities with system owners and global stakeholders
  • Support the Software Inbound Process by validating data, monitoring status, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with Application Lifecycle standards
  • Coordinate risk and vulnerability activities, including maintaining registers, tracking progress, and supporting remediation actions
  • Prepare regular reports, analyses, and summaries for management and global stakeholders
  • Support infrastructure-related changes by gathering requirements, analyzing impact, and coordinating with technical and business teams
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication with departments, projects, and global teams
  • Document processes, changes, and analysis outcomes in line with documentation standards
  • Provide analytical support to technical specialists, architects, and service owners
  • Monitor compliance with global IT guidelines and support related initiatives

About the project

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the Application Lifecycle team. In this role, you will support key operational processes such as application consolidation, Software Inbound Process, risk and vulnerability coordination, reporting, and infrastructure-related activities.
Your main focus will be ensuring smooth execution of these processes through data analysis, coordination, and collaboration with global business and IT stakeholders.
