- Applies effective change management and implementation management approaches
- Works confidently with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Utilizes project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio

- Has at least 4 years of proven experience in business analysis, design, change, and implementation across complex, multi‑country or regional projects
