Our requirements
- At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakeholders
- Experience in banking or financial IT projects
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and business operations
- Practical experience in business and system requirements analysis and documentation
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and IT system architecture
- Experience with system and data integration concepts
- Hands-on knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
- Experience in functional and UAT testing activities
- Proficiency with analytical and documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Optional
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Certifications related to Business Analysis or Banking (e.g., CBAP, CFA)
Your responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phases
