  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree is a must
  • 2+ years of exposure to Consulting and/ or experience in the Public Service institution (local government, European Union institution, international agency or global NGO)
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research to unearth facts, generate actionable insights, synthesize and present the findings
  • Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights; command of data analytics & visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cross cultural competence and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Optional

  • Exposure to Digital Transformation programs in the Public Services domain. Interest in technology trends and use cases with an ability to strike meaningful discussion
  • Experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis). Structured thinking and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks

Your responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects for European Institutions and agencies by working together with small, medium or large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, research, business analysis, process design and change management. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and delivered solutions. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions. Ensure structured communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.   • Business Development: Support efforts of sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice.
  • Industry Experience: Provide industry expertise and regulatory knowledge in one of the following areas: Borders Management, Law Enforcement, Public Health, Social Services & Employment, Defense, Public Finance, Green Transition, EU Internal Market, Data/AI/Technology & Security.
  • Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups.
  • We work mostly remotely, but some projects require travel and on-site work. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
