Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives and products.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Translate business needs into product features aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, including specifications, process diagrams, and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and support decision-making processes.
  • Apply Design Thinking principles and a user-centric approach to solution design.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Practical experience in requirements engineering for commercial products or customer-facing solutions.
  • Ability to identify business needs, define expected outcomes, and translate business strategy into product development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and Design Thinking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to challenge existing solutions.
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Creativity, independence, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Openness to occasional business travel.
  • Fluent Polish and English (B2/C1).
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.

Optional

  • Experience working in large-scale international environments and Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
  • Knowledge of middleware, web services, mobile, or desktop platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Kibana, Google Analytics, Postman, or Insomnia.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and participation in interface definition and validation.
