Your responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring business needs are accurately communicated to solution architects, developers, and QA teams.
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to identify business objectives, process needs, and solution expectations.
  • Produce concise, structured, and user-friendly documentation, including functional requirements, process descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain business analysis artifacts using tools such as Lucidchart, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
  • Design and interpret high-level functional UI flows, mapping end-to-end user journeys and screen interactions for key business processes (e.g., money transfer workflows).
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate solution feasibility, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
  • Support solution design by identifying process dependencies, functional gaps, constraints, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and support testing activities through requirements clarification and functional walkthroughs.
  • Ensure documentation and analysis outputs are clear, streamlined, and fit-for-purpose, avoiding unnecessary complexity while maintaining delivery rigor.
