  • Strong analytical skills to dissect controls requirements and map them to engineering processes
  • Understanding of Platform Engineering concepts, Internal Developer Platforms, and Cloud hosting
  • Experience in working with technology risk and control environments
  • Knowledge of software engineering lifecycles (CI/CD, DevOps, iterative delivery)
  • Ability to collaborate across regions, organizational units, and technology stacks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and enthusiastic about innovation and automation
  • Able to challenge conventional thinking and drive new ways of automating compliance
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and reporting skills

  • Experience in leading global, cross-functional teams and maturing engineering practices
  • Proven ability to translate high-level risk frameworks into actionable technical processes

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze existing controls to identify opportunities for automation and platform integration
  • Translate policies and risk mitigation requirements into automated, codifiable solutions
  • Work with control owners, engineering teams, and tooling teams to adapt controls for the Platform/Tenant model
  • Design and conceptualize solutions that integrate compliance into platform services
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives to enable secure, scalable automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver technology control improvements
  • Support iterative delivery to provide incremental value while meeting long-term compliance goals
  • Continuously improve the control automation framework, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches

About the project

Automating controls compliance and evidence generation across Platform tenants, reducing engineering toil, enabling secure-by-design solutions, and accelerating feature delivery.
In this role, you’ll work across technology controls, risk and compliance, and platform engineering teams to analyze controls, identify automation opportunities, and help translate compliance requirements into codified, enforceable solutions integrated into Internal Developer Platforms.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep understanding of controls frameworks and software engineering processes, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders globally.
