Business Analyst

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change delivery as a Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in data analysis and mapping data attributes to business use cases
• Experience working within data controls (e.g., Data Quality)
• Experience working with Pega (preferable)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
• Experience in process mapping
• Experience in Agile delivery, including Scrum Ceremonies, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in Waterfall delivery
• Experience eliciting requirements through workshops and interviews
• Experience creating and managing BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
• Experience creating and managing RTMs (Requirements Traceability Matrices)
• Solution design experience, including creating SDDs (Solution Design Documents) and options papers
• Test support experience, particularly UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Experience in reporting and governance forums (e.g., Steerco, SVS Review, or Working Group deck preparation and presentation)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work both as part of a team and independently
• Positive attitude and drive to deliver successful, value-added change and transformation

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Technology teams to support strategic data enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with Business Banking and Technology to identify and address business needs
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Identify data attributes necessary to meet business objectives
• Ensure data is fit-for-purpose and aligned with the needs of the Pega team for customer campaigns
• Create data attribute mappings to business use cases
• Document business processes (e.g., process mapping)
• Support testing activities, particularly UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations for governance forums
• Participate in governance forums and provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels
