- Minimum two years of experience in business or system analysis within data, data warehousing or BI domains.
- Proficiency in SQL sufficient for independent data analysis.
- Experience working with large data volumes.
- Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirement specifications.
- Experience creating test scenarios and test cases.
- Analytical thinking and ability to model business processes.
- Ability to collaborate directly with business users to elicit and validate requirements.
Optional
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly claims settlement, benefits or policy systems, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros) is welcome.
- Experience in data warehouse projects, data migrations or data architecture redesign is an asset.
Your responsibilities

About the project
The company is seeking a Business Analyst (Insurance) to support data and reporting initiatives. The person in this role will analyse business requirements and data, prepare functional specifications and project documentation, and collaborate with business users and development teams to design, test and implement data and reporting solutions. This role contributes to development and transformation projects within the data and reporting environment.
Note: This is a hybrid collaboration model that requires presence in the Warsaw office for a minimum of one day a week.
