Our requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience working with systems implementing procurement processes
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation and the ability to define functional and non-functional requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman
- Experience in application testing and requirement validation
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into insights and recommendations, along with presenting conclusions clearly
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and understanding of project management and analysis methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Very good command of English at B2/C1 level
- Fluent in Polish required
- Residence in Poland required

About the project
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Services Competence Center in Łódź. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, modelling processes, and translating them into functional specifications tailored for IT teams – using techniques such as User Cases and User Stories. The team you will join is a part of the Financial Systems Department, where you will also contribute to the implementation of a Procurement system within the organisation.
