Business Continuity IT Analyst (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios,
• Contribute to the development of the ICT BCP framework and templates,
• Analyze and prepare structured project and continuity documentation,
• Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders,
• Track open actions and coordinate follow-up activities,
• Prepare project materials, presentations, procedures, and documentation,
• Support project reporting and provide timely progress updates,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory initiatives.

Our requirements

• Around 1–3 years of professional experience,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Experience working with complex, structured documentation,
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, or regulatory projects,
• Experience preparing project documentation, procedures, policies, frameworks, presentations, or similar materials,
• Ability to facilitate workshops and cooperate with different stakeholders,
• Proactive and independent approach with a strong sense of ownership,
• Ability to identify gaps and drive topics forward without detailed instructions,
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Optional

• Knowledge of DORA and financial-sector operational resilience regulations,
• Experience in banking or financial services,
• Understanding of Crisis Management / Disaster Recovery.
