Business Intelligence Specialist

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent;
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field;
• Mandatory – SQL (5years), Power BI (4years) and Alteryx (2years);
• Good to have – Tableau, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Python, SAP;
• Fluent in English (written/spoken);
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and ability to apply them properly to business situations;
• Strive for excellence, critical thinking, drive for execution; excellent problem-solving skills;
• Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate across divisional boundaries.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting business improvement initiatives primarily in the areas of Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and Record‑to‑Report, with a focus on process automation and management reporting;
• Supporting business improvement opportunities by mapping processes, reviewing, downloading, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data in order to uncover insights, propose conclusions, and support decision‑making;
• Participating in project execution and follow‑up activities;
• Supporting GBS reporting by recommending improvements and redesigns — including delivery of regular reports, ad‑hoc analyses, and the creation of new reporting sets tailored to stakeholder needs and end‑to‑end process visibility;
• Optimizing GBS reporting methods and tools to enhance usability and supporting effective business decision‑making;
• Executing GBS automation initiatives by partnering with Operations teams on process mapping, waste identification, standardization opportunities, and supporting them through process automation solutions;
• Supporting FP&A processes through retrospective and predictive analysis.
