Business IT Unit Manager

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Delivery or End-User Services within a corporate environment.
• Strong experience managing IT services, service providers and complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Experience working within matrix organisations, shared service models and multi-vendor environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering IT projects, technology deployments and operational improvements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, workplace technologies, identity & access management and IT security principles.
• Strong communication, business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, retail, automotive within multi-site operations.
• Fluent English and Polish is essential.

Your responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery and ensure reliable, secure and business-focused technology operations.
• Act as the primary IT partner for local business leadership, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with multiple service providers, vendors and central IT teams, ensuring seamless service integration and accountability.
• Drive IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management in line with ITIL best practices.
• Monitor service performance, manage escalations and deliver continuous service improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective delivery of workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, end-user computing, mobile devices and collaboration solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security, governance and audit requirements while supporting risk management activities.
• Lead local IT projects, technology rollouts and business-driven initiatives from planning through implementation and handover to operations.
• Support organisational change initiatives and help build a scalable IT operating model for a standalone business.

• A competitive salary package in the range of approx. 28,000 - 38,000 PLN gross per month depending on experience and fit for the role.
