Your responsibilities
▪ Developing and optimising the online booking and sales journey across the Group’s markets in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary,
▪ Driving conversion growth by analysing key metrics, identifying barriers in the purchasing process and recommending solutions that support sales,
▪ Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating changes that enhance the booking process and positively impact the online customer experience,
▪ Setting development priorities based on data, business needs and the customer perspective,
▪ Working closely with Product Owners to develop and continuously improve booking journey functionalities,
▪ Collaborating with development teams throughout the entire delivery process, from translating business needs into requirements, through implementation and testing, to evaluating new functionalities within the SAFe framework,
▪ Preparing business documentation for development initiatives, tracking their implementation and assessing their impact on business results,
▪ Working with the UX team to analyse user behaviour and market trends, and jointly designing improvements that increase website usability and support conversion,
▪ Measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drawing insights from data to ensure that future initiatives respond even more effectively to customer and business needs.
Our requirements
▪ At least five years of experience in product development, business area development or e-commerce sales process development,
▪ Knowledge of the travel industry and experience working with sales and operational processes within the travel sector,
▪ Strong analytical skills. You are able to work independently with data, prepare reports, analyses and summaries, draw meaningful conclusions and translate them into specific business recommendations,
▪ Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with data on a daily basis,
▪ Experience collaborating with IT, Product and Analytics teams, along with the ability to work effectively at the intersection of business, product and technology,
▪ The ability to identify and set priorities, make decisions and clearly justify your recommendations,
▪ The ability to prepare business documentation for development initiatives,
▪ Independence and excellent organisational skills. You are able to plan your work, set priorities and follow through on your responsibilities,
▪ English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level, allowing you to communicate confidently in an international environment, work with documentation and actively participate in meetings.

▪ Knowledge of Jira and Confluence,
▪ Experience working in an Agile environment,
▪ Knowledge of the Merlin X system,
▪ Experience in conversion rate optimisation and conducting A/B tests,
▪ Knowledge of the travel industry in the Czech, Slovak or Hungarian market.
