- At least 2 years of experience in business process automation or BPMS roles
- Hands-on experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, or similar
- Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with BPMN and UML notation
- Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to optimize and enhance business processes
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilities
- English proficiency at a communicative level
- Proficiency in Polish
