Salary details

Our requirements

  • 7+ years in a role that reflects the above requirements in an international organization.
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Management and practical application of BPM methods in complex operational environments, including experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools such as SAP Signavio.
  • Proven ability to understand, define, document, and implement business processes in technology-driven organizations, including experience supporting workflow implementation and process lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in SaaS-based or digitally transformed landscapes, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled services or automation-driven processes.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills in a business and transformation context, with the ability to moderate between different groups and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and improve interfaces between functions, teams, systems, and providers.
  • Ability to create clear, concise reporting tailored to different target audiences, including senior leadership and C-level management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify deficiencies, assess root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt BPM frameworks pragmatically, translate conceptual models into practical organizational setups while safeguarding key principles.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid project organizations with strong coordination across stakeholders, managers, and directors.

Your responsibilities

  • Apply BPM methodology and best practices based on SAP Signavio to support process design, process governance, and operational implementation.
  • Work closely with BPM engineers and relevant stakeholders to translate process models into practical operating procedures, controls, and workflows.
  • Define, document, and optimize end-to-end processes across an SaaS- and AI-based technology landscape.
  • Analyze and improve interfaces, handoffs, ownership boundaries, and control points between teams, systems, and service providers.
  • Facilitate workshops and moderate discussions across business, global teams of the One IT organization, and external parties to align requirements, resolve conflicts, and document decisions.
  • Support workflow implementation and the management of process lifecycles, including change requests, updates, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Detect process deficiencies and root causes in technology and governance operations, then coordinate corrective actions with the responsible stakeholders.
  • Produce concise and audience-appropriate reporting for operational teams, project governance bodies, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Design and evolve process management frameworks and standards to ensure scalable and consistent application of BPM practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to agile or hybrid project delivery by aligning with project managers, product owners, directors, and delivery teams on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, RACIs, requirements, interface definitions, and status updates.
