Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in systems implementation, business systems support, process improvement, or change management
  • Experience supporting ERP, manufacturing, or enterprise business systems initiatives
  • Experience participating in system deployment, process transformation, or implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements accurately
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good understanding of ERP environments, business processes, and system integrations
  • Experience supporting testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) and manufacturing processes will be considered an advantage
  • The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, with travel expected up to 50% of working time

Your responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and deployment of ERP solutions and related business systems across European manufacturing sites
  • Provide expertise in system functionality, business processes, and implementation best practices
  • Conduct discovery sessions and gather detailed business requirements
  • Document requirements, design solutions, support testing activities, and ensure successful system deployment
  • Deliver implementation activities across discovery, design, training, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts on data cleansing and migration activities
  • Evaluate system enhancement requests and recommend solutions aligned with business needs and standard processes
  • Support change management initiatives, user adoption, and user training activities
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of business

As part of a strategic ERP Modernization Program, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting new business systems across our European operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technology experts to successfully deploy ERP solutions, improve business processes, and drive technology adoption throughout the organization.
