Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payments, contracts, refunds, finance documentation, and other finance-related topics.
- Accurately process and allocate incoming customer payments.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, deductions, and payment discrepancies.
- Support account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

- Fluent in German and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
- First experience in a finance-related environment.
- Experience working with financial systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a C2C Cash Applications Process Expert, you will be responsible for accurate payment allocation, account reconciliation, and resolving payment-related issues. You will support process efficiency and ensure a high level of customer service.
