Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an enterprise-scale Leader delivering complex digital change and transformation initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong capability in business readiness management, including readiness assessments, cutover planning, go/no-go criteria, and operational acceptance
  • Experience managing application decommissioning and technology change impacting business processes and operations
  • Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and PVT
  • Strong governance skills in managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), producing clear reporting, and driving actions to closure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong track record in adoption and behavioural change
  • Visit the Cracow office one per month

Your responsibilities

  • Defining and coordinating global change strategy control functions to ensure adoption, communications, and readiness outcomes are delivered
  • Driving large-scale behavioural change, adoption, and tracking KPIs
  • Leading delivery of application demise activities, coordinating cutover, decommissioning steps, and operational handovers
  • Owning overall risk governance for all in-scope applications, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and escalation
  • Building and maintaining a consolidated integrated plan, tracking progress across markets and workstreams
  • Facilitating testing activities, ensuring test approach, readiness, execution support, and defect triage are coordinated
  • Running project governance routines, producing clear status reporting, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across countries
  • Leading comms, engagement, training, and champions network
