  • 4–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation Programs, Project Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management initiatives within business and/or technology transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and delivering:

  • Business Readiness Assessments
  • Change Management Strategies and Roadmaps
  • Detailed Change Management Plans
  • Communication Strategies, Materials, and Content
  • Learning & Training Plans, Approaches, and Training Content
  • Stakeholder Engagement Plans covering multiple stakeholder groups
  • Risk & Resistance Mitigation Plans
  • Strong understanding of change adoption methodologies and organizational transformation practices.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and readiness assessment sessions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Experience managing project workstreams, including scope, planning, governance, RAID management, reporting, and quality control.
  • Excellent English language skills (minimum C1).

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive Change Management Strategies and Roadmaps tailored to client needs and organizational context.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify how proposed changes affect business processes, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead Business Readiness Assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness and define readiness improvement actions.
  • Develop and execute detailed Change Management Plans covering all phases of the transformation lifecycle.
  • Design stakeholder engagement approaches and facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and working sessions.
  • Create and deliver communication strategies, communication plans, materials, and content that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.
  • Design Learning & Training Approaches, Training Plans, and Training Content aligned with the needs of different stakeholder groups.
  • Establish and support change champion and super-user networks to accelerate adoption.
  • Develop Risk & Resistance Mitigation Plans and proactively manage change-related risks and barriers.
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change KPIs.
  • Lead project workstreams end-to-end, including planning, governance, RAID management, budgeting, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
  • Support proposal development, solution design, and thought leadership activities.
